HYDRAULIC CYLINDER RENOVATION We carry out renovation works on all types of hydraulic cylinders. The renovation is carried out at the client’s request, usually the cylinder is dismantled, the cylinder body is renewed by inside sanding and then honing. The piston rod is turned, to remove old chrome layer and newly chrome-plated (or we make ceramic layer) The piston rod is completely renewed together with the seal bearings and new seals are made if standard seals are not available. The mounting and cylinder head is also renovated. The renovation of the hydraulic cylinder is appropriate for large dimensions and demanding cylinder structures, since the cost of renovation usually does not exceed 40% of a new product.
